Weekend

Amanda and I were driving home one night and there was this massive road kill in the middle of the road on this swervy highway. no one was around and it was pitch black dark. We were talking and all of a sudden I see this freak thing. I swerved just in time and almost went off the side of the road but it was so perfect I wouldnt even worry about it mom. I think the next night it was only me and Amanda at home because everyone was out at the cabin and I had to work so when i got home it was about 10:30pm and we were standing in the kitchen when Amanda got a text saying "Hey............" from a number she didnt know. she said "hey who is this" and they replied saying "look through your window" I was like What the heck!! and she was like its not true, people always prank like this so i calmed down. then she said "oh then where am i" and they said, "It doesnt matter now because im already in the house" I FREAKED i sat on the ground behind the counter to hid and shut off all the lights and we both started freaking out. Then she said" Well if you can really see me, who am I with?" and they replied saying "some blond chick" and when she read it i was watching her face and it went from normal to"OH-MY-GOSH" terror! so she told me and i grabbed a huge knife and sat in a corner of the house! we were both freaking. then amanda was searching numbers online and found one that matched the number texting us. It was her friends moms cell. she used it to prank us and knew it was me because Amanda was talking about me and her being home alone tonight to her friend. i honestly thought those were the last minutes of my life haha!
We went to the cabin saturday morning and tanned, ate, layed in the hammock on the dock, painted nails, played music, swam, boated and tubed. it was a great weekend of relaxation and fun!!! before bed Karlee and I watched Home Alone 1 ...so cute :)

well well well

Well yesterday was my first day of work. Everyone there is so awesome.! Except my manager said I had to have the whole menu memorized by friday...so that was pretty rude.. I have to wear heels at work and man do heels hurt after the first couple hours. I get 50% off all food there so that is a bonus! I hate being the newbie.. I just wish that i knew how to do everything and was not the new one..Alos, Amanda showed me this little clip. It is soo funny, about 10 seconds long, i kept watching it over and over again laughing !! I suggest you watch it.

Tuesday night ALRIGHT!

Sooo...yesterday Amanda and I went to Gyro beach and rollerbladed along the beach into town, we got a little carried away so we came back and walked in the water... we had our bathing suits on and i wanted to go into the water cause it was so hot but Amanda didnt want to swim in front of all the people...HA uh.. so we went back to the house and chilled for a bit. Aunt D and Uncle R went out to the cabin for the night so we had a party at the house..Amanda invited all the people she knew..im kidding. But when 8:30 hit we went back into town and went to the beach again ...soo nice out.. i recommend night beaching it whenever possible. i love this place!!

Camping at Echo Lake B.C.

This weekend Aunt Deana Uncle Reg, Brandon, Amanda, Karlee and I went camping for the father's day weekend. Uncle Reg's brother Leroy invited us so they were there too with his wife and four kids, Brooke, Grace, Nate, Quinn. Before we left i helped Aunt D prepare things like Rice krispie squares and brownie cookies. YUM. We brought a little tin boat and belly boats to fish on. When we got there we unpacked and had Chilli that night mm. Our campside was RIGHT beside the lake. probably 5 ft away.
So we were not allowed to have any pets in the campsite but we had Keena so we had to take her to a kennel about 20 mins away from where we were camping so we left to do that but no one was at the kennel so we took her back to camp and hid her in whatever we could find like the truck and we made her a little home in the screening part of the tent and whenever we heard George (the camp owner) coming on his little quad we would run and throw her in the tent! When we had to go to the washroom we did not even dare to use the outhouses so Amanda and I would always walk up this cliff thing to the main road and then across the road to random trees that we went behind haha!
ALSO, i was sitting just chillin and i looked at Amanda and she had this little green inch worm on her so i took it off then I looked back again and she had one in her hair. then we all started looking around and there were inch worms EVERYWHERE floating in the air. they were on webs coming from the trees... so you could not get away from them. they were always on you. i almost had a heartattack about 60 times.
The last night we were camping everyone decided we needed to get clean somehow. and we were not allowed to use shampoo in the lake so we drove down a bit and found this rope. so the guys started swinging off of it into the water then using shampoo to clean their hair so i got on next and went swinging into the water...it was soooo cold i was like in shock and couldnt breathe...but not really haha it was so fun ...so i put shampoo on and went again and got it out...then i got conditioner in and went to swing but my hands were all conditionerie so when i swung i slipped down the rope soo fast and my body just dragged against the water hahaha! it didnt hurt my body but my fingertips were numb for like the whole night. it was really fun though.
